Unlike other ride-sharing companies our drivers are required to maintain certain acceptance and completion rates. This means that our drivers will accept and see through your ride request. Our business is modelled on love so more of your fare is paid to the driver rather than to LOVE TRANSPORT. Also You as our customer are anonymous to drivers so they will not know you as your first name and last name as other do. Also you will be given a unique referral if that drivers and passengers identify each other with and when the drivers meet you they will need to get 5 digit OTP CODE to start the trip that resets every trip for your convenience.

*We put a hold of 1x of the estimated quote of the whole amount. If it is not used then total amount will be refunded to the payment method used within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
*If you as a driver accepts a trip and drive 1 min or 1 meter and the customer changes their mind, you will receive a portion of the fair, and if Tolls was quoted to you, you would get that regardless if you did not go through the toll as the customer will be charged for this amount. Don't forget the customer can do this during the trip as they may want to change the destination. Then you can get the trip if you're the closest driver, and this could be done as many times as possible as long as the person making the trip change in the car as this would apply as a split fair for each of the passengers. As this has been a requested feature that another ride-share platforms as there is always that one person that never pays and it's safest as you have the exact driver for the whole route with getting out of the car with all the security features especially SOS function as once activated your friends can track you.
